Hey guys... I wanted to ask that what are the best components for i7 4790k for helping it in video rendering and live stream... Under $1495..... Including i7 4790k....

Solution
of course it is still powerfull .
my point is (and i think you know that)
why buy somenthing older if you have the option to go for newer socket
and features plus ddr 4 memory for almost the same price ?!

Outdated isn't the term I'd use(Pentium 4, for instance, is outdated). 4790k with Z97 chipset and DDR3 isn't the cutting edge, but it'll more than handle the OPs needs.
A 4790k running at 4.6 ghz is a pretty strong platform, mix in a good graphics card, 16gb of ram, a samsung 950(256gb), a 1tb storage drive, and you have a tasty recipe for the next 4-5(with a few upgrades along the road).

+1 to skylake.
If you are building a brand new system, no point in going with old platform. Just get skylake, it is newer architecture, newer technology. And new skylake and haswell systems are not that different in price.

I agree that the skylake and related chipsets are where I'd go, if building a new system. The z170 is definitely worth stepping up to, if you plan on lots of extras in your system(m.2 pciex4 drives, thunderbolt/usb 3.1, SLI graphics). Something that rarely gets talked about in these kinds of discussions is the heat and power issues.
Only thing to think about, in regards to the OP, is whether he lives in a country where supply of skylake might be difficult to come by.

Get the GTX 1080/1070 when it comes out. No gaming?
