Hello everyone , it been a while since i joined the community as i've been looking for answers all over the place but anyway i'll try to make this as short as possible.
I'm using the i7 4790k (4.0 Ghz) (Turbo Mode Off) + Asus z97 Pro Gamer with a Cooler Master evo 212 + Gtx 970 G1 (37c at idle) (55-60 at full load) + PS CX750M.
My cpu's cooler is set to run at maximum speed when the cpu reach 65c (Summer) my room is pretty hot around 33c - 35c.
I've been missing around the settings in the bios , turning off the Turbo mode for a lower cpu temp and changing the Vcore / cash settings from auto to adaptive as i couldn't risk the manual settings (no experience in OC or so).
PS : My case's fan runs at 100% speed as i'am able to change the speed from the buttom top of the case (NXZT Phantom 410)
@Cpu runs at 37c - 39c idle with 0.712v while doing regular things such as facebook / Youtube..ect
@While playing heavy games (Witcher 3) the cpu's temp jumps to 59c - 60c - 61c (4.0 Ghz / 1.037 Core voltage)
@Here is a screenshot when i'm running the stress test.

My question is :
I'am safe to use this rig for long gaming hours and also for editing recording and such ?
Is it possible to reach lower temps while using the turbo mode ?
I would like to learn more about the Asus's bios , as i'm looking forward to achieve a lower cpu temp with less Vcore.

Thank you for reading.
Regards - Naji

Your cpu temps is fine. Keep the turbo on else you be paying for a feature that you not using.
To check for stability, you might want to run AIDA64/Realbench for 24 hours or so and keep an eye on temps. But you probably don't need to do so if you not overclocking the cpu.
