Good day.

I have these:
i7-4790k (Stock/No OC)
Corsair H105 [Configured as Exhaust on Top portion of case]
Noctua NT-H1 Thermal Paste
Mobo is Gigabyte G1-Sniper B5

Case has adequate Airflow. I opened the side panel of the case before observing this problem/issue so that airflow is not an issue.

Ok here it is: AT "IDLE", is it normal for a water-cooled-stock clocked-i7 4790k, to have a core 0 temp which is 5-6 degrees HIGHER than the other cores. For example: 40 34 34 33 / 39 34 34 35 constant. My load temps when playing dota 2 for 30 min is 55 54 52 50. Is that normal for an a H105?

Ambient is 30 degs C.

Solution
you will never get exactly the 4400 number. being a few mhz off is 100% normal. For example I am overclocked at 4.5ghz in the BIOS but it sits at 4495mhz.

Your voltage and power settings all look perfectly normal.

Nothing is wrong here.
Ok. I read about this thing called the Vcore and the Core VIN ang the K-OC options being changed? They said that some mobos are altering the voltage too much. I checked mine. My Vcore is adaptive, it's set at 1.135 yet when i open cpuz it hovers around 0.7xx(low frequency) to 1.2195v(which is where 4389mhz clock appears but just for a second). My Core VIN(is set as 1.8 as default). My K-OC option is enabled. And all other things like C3 states C6/C7 and EIST are set as AUTO. I won't touch these settings yet until some expert will verify that changing theses things will lower temps or lessen 1 second fluctuations in core temperatures. Anyway, thanks for your comments. :)
