i7 4790k gtx 760 i want to add a h100i (not overclocking to keep it cool) and i have a cx500m

If you're not overclocking, a h100i isn't needed at all, a way cheaper hyper evo 212 will do just as good and the psu is very bad btw

If your not overclocking then a decent air cooler like the Enermax ETS-T40 will be fine, generally CPU coolers use very little power - not something to worry about.

yes, should be okay since the coolers don't use much power
