Hello guys im wondering why my temps are high. My room temp is around 30c atleast.

Currently at 4.5Ghz, my brother lent me this PC.

10-15c. over ambient is nominal.

How is your case cooling?
Any cooler needs a source of fresh air to do it's job.
Take the case covers off and direct a house fan at the innards.
If that helps a bunch, look to a case cooling solution.

I'm not sure. This PC was recently given by my brother who upgraded his PC. I think i solved it, I just changed the thermal paste then temps were around 35-40c. OC'd at 4.5 ghz @1.15v

excellent temps and thats a winner cpu needing only 1.15v

Yea i got lucky i guess. Also, I get BSoD when running prime95. But when just gaming I don't get any BSoD. I also tried the CPU stress test on Aida64 and i had no issue so far. But when i FPU stress it automatically BSoD's.

Try using OCCT to test. It uses instructions that are more normal.
If you pass OCCT, and have no problems with games, do not bother.
I think 4.5 @1.15 shows a very good chip. You can up the voltage to perhaps 1.3v for better stability if you need to.
I would leave it as is.
