Hey,

I just got the I7-4790K, and I currently have the xigmatek dark knight, and my temps are around 70 degrees when gaming. Or 60-70, depending on game. I am not quite comfy with these kinds of temps and was trying to get the h80i, since my case doesn't support dual rad (bummer :/). However, i was wondering if h80i, is sufficient to keep it to around 60 degrees, with some overclocking.

or if you guys have any other suggestions for water cooling it would be nice. Only one rad. I looked into air cooling, but honestly don't want a bulky dual heat sink in my computer. But if I were to go with air cooling, think I might buy the be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 3 Silentwings CPU Cooler which is currently on sale at newegg.

If you want good cooling, get a dual radiator. Thicker radiator = better cooling. So dual 120mm will be slightly worse than dual 140mm. If you do decide to go single, make sure its a got push/pull fans. U can check out pcpartpicker.com and look at people's builds and the Overclocks they got with them.
Yeah air cooling is better at lower budgets, but Liquid cooling owns the high overclocks.
