I7 4790k motherboard compatibility

I'm getting a msi z97 pc mate (blue) I have two sticks of ddr3 ram 8gb total at 1333mhz a ge force gtx 760 2gb thermal take tr2 600 watt psu, and i7 4790k cryorig h7 cooler and cooler master elite 431

Will everything I listed be compatible I'm upgrading my FX 4130 3.8ghz to an i7 4790k and got a defective motherboard from ASROCK so I returned it and am getting the MSI z97 OC mate and am worried about compatibility.
