i7 4790k on motherboard H81 vs i5 4690k OC`d to 4.4 on z97.And will i7 4790k work on 4.4 if it is build on H81 motherboard?Prices are same but will be there big difference?

Solution
H81 motherboards are not meant for Devils Canyon CPUs.

H81 is a locked motherboard chipset, so overclocking will not be possible unless its a pentium g3258.

Honestly, if you're just gaming the i5 is fine.

The cheapest acceptable Z97 motherboard is $88 bucks, so why can't you just do that?

Any H81 that is under $60 (which I assume is what you are looking at) will be a horrible choice. Crappy motherboards are just bad parts in general, and a waste of money. So don't cheap out, spend $40 freakin dollars more and get a Z79 for your i7!!!!

Way better choice, but if you don't plan on overclocking, only need 2 ram slots, only 2 usb 3.0 slots and 2 sata 3.0 slots, a h81 board will do fine too.
No idea what anoori9000 is going on with "crappy motherboards", but it's bullshit. Motherboards have literally no direct effect on your computers performance so if the features you want are present, any $ spent more is basically a waste.

thanks.I decided to build mini atx with http://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/MX46155 and i7 4790k because it has 8mb cache + hyperthreading.But what would be better..Overclocked i5 4690k to 4.5(Maybe higher) or i7 4790k 4.4 on b85. I am planning to stream

I7 4790k with no doubt. While an I5 4690k at 4.5ghz may perform better in games than an I7 4790k at 4.4ghz, ther performance difference is going to be well below 0.5%. Maybe one frame per 5 seconds, at best measurable but definitely not noticeable.
While the I7 4790k is performing about 15-20% better in rendering, engine building, compiling and other stuff. You can also oc on b85 boards, by the way. I wouldn't go further than 1.2v (~4.6ghz) but it's doable. But currently, theres so little sense in it right now that im running my I7 4790k on 4.0ghz for everyday use and only quickly swap to 4.7-4.8ghz when I'm rendering or compiling large projects. ~200.000 lines of code, more when thinking of included headers. Or an hour of video length.

The motherboard you selected is Micro ATX and if that's what you want, then the ASRock H97M Pro4 available from Newegg.ca is a much better option. If you want a Mini ITX build, then you need to select a Mini ITX motherboard.
