Hi guys i bought a DEEPCOOL 120 liquid cooler and installed to my i7 4790k processor. Ideal temps are around 35 to 40C ,when playing games @4.4ghz it stays around 70-78C ,but when i run the cinebench it goes to 95 and above .I tried to downclock the frequency to 4ghz but same issue. Same problem with the prime 95 even worse in this .it reaches 95above in fraction of seconds in prime95.what may be the problem?

Solution
I mean, where is the four pin PWM cable for the pump attached? Where are the radiator fan cables attached. Where is everything attached to?

It sounds to me as if either the pump is not running at the right speed, and/or not running at full speed, or the fans aren't. Something isn't attached correctly, OR, the waterblock isn't fully seated on all four corners.

i had removed those plastic materials .Only copper base and thermal paste sticking with the processor. What do you mean by "]Where are the pump and radiator fan cables attached to?" ?? .
You mean DC cable or the radiator tube?

Ya sir you were right, i made a stupid mistake as i mounted the base in wrong position. Now the temperatures were just fine its around 65 to 80 during prime 95 test and in cenibench it stays around 65-70. Sorry for my mis-information
