Question I7 4790K power throttling

Hello, im new to overclocking, i tried watching videos on youtube reading threades on toms hardware and i still run in to some problems with this old cpu i know its not the best cpu that intel ever made, but i just have a question can i some how prevent power limit throttling?
In intel XTU software it sometimes shows as the cpu is power limit throttling.

You need better cooling--thermal throttling is there to keep you from burning it up.

My bad, i some how written "thermal throttling" i actually meant to write "power limit throttle"

Ok what is your motherboard and psu? And what temps does your cpu hit at full load?
It could be like laptops power trottling because of intel dptf, if you have dptf delete it, heres the tutorial https://bradshacks.com/disable-dptf/
Or not your motherboard vrms could be overheating, if they are then just put a case fan on them and that should solve the problem

My motherboard is Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD5H
psu cooler master elite 600w ver.3
Cpu at full temps hits 65C
Its also low temps cause i dellided the cpu and put on some thermal grizzly conductonaut liquid metal under the heat spreader
If youre interester i also have NZXT H500 case with all 4 case fans
And cryorig H7 plus cpu cooler

Try uninstalling xtu and ocing from the bios instead, and also delete intel dptf if that driver exists on your computer, heres the tutorial https://bradshacks.com/disable-dptf/

I think you messed up the cpu delidding it. Was it working fine before? If so, then your delid broke it.
