Hi i would like to know if this is a problem to my i7 4790k.

These are the temperatures i got from today booting the pc after like 5 minutes, (after cleaning the pc and putting thermal paste):

I use the stock cpu fan and i have a Cooler Master 690 III Green ATX Mid Tower Computer Case With Side Panel Windows. And the place where the pc is has plenty of air flow.

it is on the high side, but since you have the stock cooler, your cpu is fine.
but i recommend getting a new better cooler like the cooler master hyper 212 evo, it is a great cooler, and it will bring your temperatures down

So i should change to that cooler then, by the way should i install more fans on my case ? because i only got 2 fans on it.

With stock cooler those temps are normal.

The hyper 212 or a Noctua NH-u9b will cool your cpu just fine!
Normal fan setup in a case is intake in front and exhaust in back, IF your case support fan in bottom and top of the case i would mount 1 intake fan in bottom and one exhaust fan in top of you case. Then you will have two intake and two exhaust, that will give you a nice airflow in your case!

you don't have to, but you will be better off buying a better cooler.
if you want to add an extra fan or 2 as an in take that will help with air flow

Update: I did unmount my pc again and applied again the thermal paste and fixed the stock cooler, when i booted my pc on my bios by cpu was at 35celcius, i think it was because when i unmounted my pc previously i didn't fit the cooler right because those pins are annoying and not easy to apply. Do you still recommend me to buy that new cooler you mentioned ?

Update 2: After testing for a while, with the system normal with only browser/skype/spotify and other small things open my temps go max 55 celcius, if i start streaming and playing LoL my temps go up to max 80celcius, so in my case if i bought that new cooler how much my temps would reduce ??

well it really depends on the cooler you get.
but a good cooler should get you down to around 60°C
i suggest a cooler master hyper 212 evo, or if you want a liquid cooler, the corsair h100i is a good choice
