I7-4790K system not booting

I have a system including an i7-4790K, EVGA 1070 hybrid and 16GB of memory. I was watching youtube and system started to get really slow and unresponsive, then it shut itself off. I keep trying to turn it on, and boot time is really slow, then once I get to the bios it crashes. If I am able to get into windows, I get a blue screen then it shuts itself off.
Update: I've cleared cmos and it seems to not have changed anything. However, I've noticed that my asetek 120mm AIO pump is EXTREMELY hot to the touch, maybe a dead cooler?
Update next morning: System booted very quickly (as normal) and temps are perfectly fine. AIO was making more noise than usual however maybe the pump died and came back to life?

Give the system time to cool off and see if there is any difference.

Secure all connections to the PSU and then run the system off the iGPU. If you are able to boot this way, remove any overclocking and set factory defaults.
