I7 4790k Voltage Reading Question

Solution
If I had to guess, the most normal looking voltages on hwmonitor would be 'vin4'. Maybe try hwinfo64 and see what it comes back with. It's been pretty accurate for me.

As DonkeyOatie pointed out, it could be bad sensors or it could just be that the monitoring software isn't reading the proper sensors that apply to those values on the motherboard.
Something needs to be different. The voltage is reporting low, and so is the CPU power. The CPU power should be near 90W. It is reporting the fan speeds and temperatures and speeds correctly. No clue why, unless sensors are bad. CPU power is probably calculated from VCORE, rather than measured directly.
