so i got the d-14 and i tried playing for a couple mins dying light ultra settings but not on full hd i got max temp 51 is that ok with no oc ?

I've got similiar results on my 4790k, btw. how are temps using wPrime/OCCT? I have NH-D15, and sometimes I can get it up to 58°C :/

And as for Your question, try CPU-z, speedfan and Prime95.

open up your temp monitoring program and then run something like intel burn test or prime, keep in mind though no game out there will produce the kind of load/heat that those tests will

is RealTemp a good program to monitor ?
i tried to use hwmonitor as i was told before but it is not responding

should be good, i personally use hwinfo 64 since it shows a lot more than just cpu temps, also make sure to use 64bit version if you have 64bit os on hwinfo and hwmonitor

http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html if you are using this then it has both versions in the same file, just chose either zip folder with both or installer tha also has both
