I7 4790k with H100i GTX is at 35C but it was at 21C at first

Hello so i have an i7-4790k with liquid colling installed (Corsair H100i GTX) and its temperature is at 35C-40C without doing anything. When i first built it it was 21C which was about 3 months ago. There is barely any dust and i figured it was thermal paste maybe that is causing this issue or the airflow in the pc. Any suggestions or how i can reduce my cpu temp to back how it was?

Make sure your fans and pump speed is set high enough. Could just be ambient temperature changes if over the last few months the room temp has gone up.
