i7-4820K or 4770K(or similar) for SLI

Wanna GTX 970 SLI for 1080/ 120hz , what difference between this cpu in games?

In games? The 4820k can run two cards at 16x, while the 4770k will run at 8x, 1 or 2 fps difference maybe.

If you have the money to run two 970s go for the 4770k. Newer games will be utilizing hyper threading. I had 2 770s with 4770k and both of my cards run at 16x 3.0. It's all depends on motherboards.

Only with motherboards that have a plx chip, which are usually expensive.
To run 2x 16x pcie, you'd need to have a 4930k, 4960x, 5930k or 5960x.
