I7 4930k very low voltage?

So I'm trying to overclock my 4930k, and even tho i have tried overclocking before, I got very little experience. I have OC'd the I7 to 4.5GHz, but Open Hardware Monitor and CPU-Z is saying it's at 0.6V. This sounds very low. I'm getting 1100-1200 score in Cinebench, and hitting just above 60c after one run. Core voltage is at +0.005V in the BIOS.

Is my lack of skills making me miss something, or could CPU-Z and Open Hardware Monitor be reading wrong?

Control panel > power options > performance mode
Bios > Disable any power saving you find.

Your OC is working. 4.6Ghz gives around that number too.

Could be a bad sensor or incompatibility. What is the max VID on HWMonitor?
