going to be using th i7 4960x with some intense overclocking, how is the CyberPower Xtreme Hydro Liquid Cooling Kit 240MM w/ XSPC Rasa 750 RS240, Dual Fan(CPU & GPU Liquid Cool Capable, Extreme Overclocking Performance + Extreme Silent at 18dBA)(All Venom OC Certified)?

Im getting a cyberpowerpc. Ik thatit would be cheaper to build my own, but i dont have the time to learn how to build one and i would also be worried i would break something (i have a habit of forcing things). I want the cpu to be ice cold

If you don't want to build one, then you'll need to go with an AIO and not custom or pre-collected water loops/kits. You still have to assemble them and test everything. If it'll fit, I'd recommend a Kraken x60, if not, then...

Not really, you can't get below ambient temperatures unless you use peltier cooling or liquid nitrogen. A bigger radiator means better heat dissipation, and more pump noise but less fan RPM. So a quicker radiator usually ends in a quieter and higher overclock-but not ice cold CPU.

But for ice cold, there's a lot to learn before jumping there. Peltier devices cool your CPU to below ambient, but cause condensation-which results to shorts if not properly protected.
