i7 4970k mobo

Just picked up a gtx 970 superclocked acx 2.0 to replace my dead gtx295 only to discover I had a bad power supply as well and upon replacing the power supply I discovered the x58 sli mobo is shot and at this point possibly my i7 920 too. So I've got brand new hefty 1000w supernova psu and gtx 970 superclocked and am looking to get 12gb of gskill sniper memory with an i7 4970k devils canyon cpu and wondering if anyone had a good mobo recommendation? Looking for future sli compatibility and am a huge fan of bang for buck.

Z97X SLI and EXTREME3 are some budget SLI options.

Otherwise I'd go for something like Z97-A or Z97 Gaming 5.

Yeah i was going to get this but decided just to buy one there is a higer priced ATX and a lower priced M-ATX

Asus Z97-A seems a good choice regarding bang for the buck, it's what I have and it's gotten some very decent reviews, where the negatives were "brown PCB" "makes us wonder why be pay more for other motherboards" or something like that.

Go msi z97 gaming 5.$139 very good value,support sli,nice overclocking performance, more feature and Tier One-Class B would have more better quality.
