Question PC with i7 4th gen CPU and Windows 11 won't run League of Legends ?

I have a PC with the following specs:
CPU: i7-4790k
GPU: GTX 1660 Super
RAM: 16GB DDR3 RAM
Motherboard: Asus Sabertooth Z87
OS: Windows 11 Pro

I bought this PC used and it came with Windows 11 installed. However, when I try to run League of Legends or any games from riot it gives me an error that I need TPM 2.0 enabled. However this CPU does not support TPM 2.0 (just TPM 1.2). Is there a way to play League of Legends without downgrading to Windows 10? Also, Secure Boot is enabled. Pics are attached.

Well, you could emulate Win10 but that old of a CPU will struggle to run VM (OS + game in it).

Best to wipe it clean (who knows what kind of malware and keyloggers it contains), and install fresh Win10 onto it.

I bought this PC used and it came with Windows 11 installed.

Jailbreaked OS. Windows 11 does not support a CPU that old.

If a game requires TPM 2.0 iit will not work on W10 either, That MB has a TPM connector so you could look up TPM module. specifically the ASUS TPM-L R2.0

Actually, no.

While LoL is an old game (released in 2009), i searched info about it and patch 14.9 introduced Vanguard, that made TPM 2.0 requirement mandatory to play LoL.

With this, options are either the TPM 2.0 module or modern MoBo that comes with TPM 2.0 off the bat.
