Question i7 5960x running hot

Hi, this is my first post here ever, so I'm sorry if it's jumbled or in the correct order.

I've got a i7 5960x that I recently OC'd to 3.7ghz using OC Genie 4 (Since I for some reason can't manually overclock it using bios.) paired with a H115i Cooler.

Without the OC at stock 3.0ghz, this cpu would idle around 44c

Idling on 3.7ghz is around 60c, but when I stress tested it with Cinebench, my cpu was hitting 91c at max.

I make sure to thoroughly clean my computer regularly, so it's not a dust issue.

Looking for any help I can get on this cpu & my heating issue.

Since this is more of an overclocking thread and we're going to need more details, list your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

Also make sure you're on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard. Then parse on the voltages you've set within BIOS and lastly state the ambient air temps and if your case airflow is optimally setup. Often times the orientation of the fans on your AIO and improper mounting of the cooling block will impeded/affect temps.
