I am trying to edit an audio spectrum, for fun of course. My CPU struggles to load full. Is this supposed to occur? I have 16GB ram, 3.7GHZ, i7 6700 non K.

Edit: Checked task manager, CPU is at 35%, sometimes near 100%, 69% ram used, 50% disk usage (SSD).
Edit 2: The more intense one, with the glow and all can barely be run on quarter, I just hear a deep voice from the song, stutters, not loaded.

It's something like this one.
Thanks,
HypoCheese.

The results are completely fine. There is no issues with your hardware, maybe something is using too much of the cpu, maybe an antivirus or windows services. Dont know why userbenchmark wouldn't run, but anyways doesnt matter.
Also, download HWINFO (https://www.fosshub.com/HWiNFO.html/hw64_556.exe) and monitor the temps, such issues can be related to overheating too, if the temperatures go too high, the cpu throttles.
Do some benchmarks:
Passmark: https://www.passmark.com/products/pt.htm
UserBenchmark: http://www.userbenchmark.com/resources/download/UserBenchMark.exe
Cinebench: http://http.maxon.net/pub/benchmarks/CINEBENCHR15.038.zip

Post the results here. Also do a Prime95 test for 10 mins. But only do it if you are using a custom cooler. Dont if you have a stock cooler. Report if it crashes or shows some errors. And always keep an eye on the temps using HWINFO: (https://www.fosshub.com/HWiNFO.html/hw64_556.exe) while running Prime95. Dont change any settings in Prime95, leave all at stock and perform the blend test.

PassMark: https://gyazo.com/e0b83c42cb9039e6b525f7110b099661
UserBench: Not working
Cinebench: https://gyazo.com/cc285010bc768bcb1c2295aea491b1c8

Got a stock cooler, cannot do the Prime95 test, sorry.

Definitely not throttling, I use MSI Gaming App for the temps of the GPU and CPU, always at 70 if under load, never above, sometimes under. Thanks though!
