i7 6700 Temperatures and usage

So I own a i7 6700@3.4GHz with a Hyper 212 Evo. I DL'd HWMonitor and put the CPU package temperature on tray to check it out. Ive been browsing the web and it is at 25C most of the time but sometimes spikes at like 35 when I'm loading a website. Is this normal? Also I can see the 4 cores spiking from 800 to 3100 or 1400 Mhz sometimes....

Yeah CPU temps tend to fluctuate a bit even with light tasks. Same with the clock speed. Nothing to worry about.
