I can't find a comparison between the both cpu.. The difference of price is around 50-80 dollars. Which is huge, I'm not fan of overclocking but if the performance gain is huge I will buy the K edition

I read somewhere that you can overclock the non K edition but there are no guides anywhere even google doesn't help.

Solution
The difference between them is minimal (given by the difference in clock speed) but you need the K unlocked version if you overclock (you can oc the i7 6700 by raising the BCLK but I don't recommend it as it also overclocks pcie lanes etc.). If you overclock the K cpu this difference will widen but not by much to let's say ~10%-15% more depending on the application.
P.S. I am building a Skylake pc and went with the I7 6700K simply because I upgrade rarely an wanted the best and also the Z170 chipset (vs the H170 chipset).
Here's a good sit for comparing hardware (note that unreleased or yet unbenchmarked hardware information and performance is often inaccurate but otherwise best site in my opinion for hardware check and game...
You can't really overclock non k skylake cpu's. You may be able to raise the base speed from 100Mhz to 105Mhz if you are lucky. Other than that you may be able to lock all core at max turbo boost. Here is the specs on both at http://www.cpu-world.com/Compare_CPUs/Intel_CM8066201919901,Intel_CM8066201920103/

The 6700 is slower but has Trusted Execution and is only a 65 Watt cpu.

Z170 has a separate clock-domain for PCI-E lanes; the BCLK only affects the CPU(+integrated graphics) and RAM. In fact, BLCK-overclocking of non-K Skylake chips has shown some promise. [Source.]

Ok, thanks for the info.
