Question I7 6700K 4.6Ghz @ 1.315

Hi! i just overcloked my CPU and got a stable 4.6Ghz at 1.315V. Now i was wondering if i could leave my voltage on manual at 1.315 for 24/7 or if i should change it to adaptive. I mean, is it that bad for the CPU lifespan to run at 1.315? if so, what numbers should i set in de BIOS?

1.315V should be perfectly fine for 24/7 usage. IIRC, anything <1.4V is fine for Skylake, although personally, getting up towards 1.4V would be a bit close for comfort.

Marginally over 1.3V is a pretty solid result IMO.
