[SOLVED] i7-6700K Can't actually reach 4.5 Ghz speed or did I do something wrong?

My i7-6700k can't reach the 4.5 GHz speed, it only runs around 4496-4497 Mhz when I stress test it, any solutions?

Motherboard: MSI Z170A Gaming M3
Vcore: 1.32
Multiplier: 45

I'm pretty new to overclocking.

Due to clock generators being made of natural crystal, some variation exist.
You are only a few MHz off , if you need those last 3-4MHz for bragging rights your only option is to raise the BLCK clock to 101 or 102 and hope your board and CPU can handle it.

It’s not worth it. BLCK overclock is so negligible and far more likely to cause stability issues.

Most Intel motherboards and processors can handle 103-105MHz BlCK settings.
BUT overclocking is a gamble not a given.
You could corrupt the hard drive as BLCK overclocking effects SATA,PCIE,Memory controller etc....

It's normal for the clock speed to be a little lower.
