Question i7-6700k CPU Usage and FPS Drop (Not overheating)

Hello,

So I recently upgraded to the i7 6700k and I've noticed an issue.
So my tempatures idle are about 35 and whilst gaming they are 70-75 (depends on the game) and sometimes even on low end games I just randomly get FPS drops from about 120+ to 15 for a second. I opened Hardware Monitor to see what's going on and I realized that the usage drops when my fps drops.
I have a pure rock 2 be quiet! cooler and I don't think it is overheating.
I also wanted to try to lower my CPU voltage but I cannot do that in my motherboard BIOS for some dumb reason (I have an H110M PRO-VH)

Anyone have any ideas?

Speaking of upgrade, you might want to list your full system's specs with a before and after. What BISO version are you on for your motherboard? What app are you using to monitor temps on your processor?

I use Open Hardware Monitor.

Don't know the exact name but it is 500w I believe.
