For gaming mostly , usually play wow and wot , but wouldn't like bigger then 24 inch.
Well both WoW & WoT both support 21:9 and look really good, the 2560x1080P/75hz monitor I posted is a little bit wider then most monitors but having that extra peripheral vision especially on WoT (or WoWs) has a slight advantage. The IPS will also make WoW look a bit better over a TN panel.

LG - 25UM57-P 25.0" 2560x1080 60Hz Monitor ($179.99 @ Adorama) or
Acer - K272HUL Ebmidpx 27.0" 2560x1440 60Hz Monitor ($219.99 @ Amazon)
I forgot to ask, what type of games do you play? This will influence the monitor recommendation. The ones I posted are more for better graphics where a high refresh rate doesn't matter but the monitor manddy123 posted would be perfect for FPS such as CSGO/BF & COD series.
