Hi,
I've been experiencing some issues with my processor past weeks...
At stock and with a Arctic Liquid Freezer 360, it reaches 70 degrees.
At 4.5ghz, 1.33v, it reaches nearly 90.

I dismounted/mounted the block like 5 times, thermal paste is kryonaut.

I may have figured that I'd need to delid it.

What's your thoughts ?
Thanks

Hey Electro,
Well it doesn't seem like it died, those temps I mentionned are from OCCT 15 min test.
I feel both pipes vibrating (intense vibration at 100% pump speed) and my idle temps are pretty fine I guess (30-35 degrees)
Idle temps are 26° right now

Check if your radiator fans are spinning, and if the pump is working by listening closely to the unit while powered on.

The pump itself doesn't vibrate, but I can hear it working when at 100%, the tubes are the ones vibrating, I can really "feel" the water travelling through them.
And yeah all of the fans are working.
I'm testing Prime95 now, 4.5Ghz, 1.33V. I'm at 92° max now... That's not normal, is it ?

Finally PC crashed during Prime95, might have been too kind on the voltage, I went +0.05. Still the temps were at 90-92°C.
That seems pretty high
