i7-6700k mobo, oveclock

Hey, I am in between two mobos, Asus Z170-A and Gigabyte Z170 Gaming G1, I will do some overclocking as well but I need the best performer overall ( please do not consider any audio functionality since I will be running and external audio interface powered by an usb2 ) thank you, I would love to hear some more opinions, price range is around these mobos.

Might look at the Z170 Pro Gaming from Asus, the Z170-A is a great mobo also, but the Pro Gaming OCs a bit better
