If you got a Z170 board and a Kabylkae processor part, like an i7-7700K then you'd be facing the BIOS update issue. In short no you won't face any problems when working the other way round.

Ideally you should be looking at getting an i7-7700K to pair with that Z270 board.

But it works just fine with 6700k and z270 too right

Yes, it will run perfectly fine.

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/TMRmKZ this is the build, you think it can handle?

To be honest on that price point you can do better.

What could I improve if you could help

Here you go, improvements:

1. I7 7700k, newer gen and higher clocked processor.
2. Better performing and better looking cooler
3. Faster and higher clocked RAM
4. Bigger SSD
5. Way faster card: GTX 1080
6. Slightly cheaper

I don't understand why you need to quote each others posts, it just means more scrolling through this thread.

That being said, OP, this build
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/twJKbj
is more expensive but the money spent towards each component is justified. More frequency on the rams since you should be able to hit above 2800MHz on the rams. SK Hynix SSD's are cream of the crop and at that price point they are a good deal. Sticking with a GTX1070 since you're going overkill for a 1080p monitor even though it's at 144Hz. Fan is not needed and the case would look much better with an AIO in it.

I could build you something in matx and come up a little shorter in budget but as it stands you've got some beefy parts.

Lastly, I tried to pass on a neutral color scheme.

Okay, well I reassembled the parts. It's gonna be hard to get you everything in that price point. So you'll have to spend a bit more and you'll get almost everything the same with a 144 hz monitor:
