i overclocked my cpu using tpu 2 in my asus bios menu. everything is watercooled and temps remain low. my question is if theres anyway to lock the clock at 4600, it keeps bouncing from 4598 to 4601 without download additional software. thank you for your time and help!

the fluctuation is constant whereas in the past ive been able to keep it at 4600 more evenly. tbh i dont know much about OC and am not sure if this amount of fluctuation will cause issues.

its already set to high performance, i was trying to see if i can have it remain at 4600 more constantly. im noticing a lot more fluctuation then when ive OC in the past and im wondering if theres anyway to keep it running at a more constant clock. cam (the software from NZXT that monitors clock speed) shows constant spikes and drops between 4598 to 4601 while task manager is showing 4.18ghz to 4.58ghz
