i7 6700k Overclocked Prime95 Temps

So I just overclocked my i7 6700k after having it for two years at stock speeds. I went to 4.5ghz at 1.328v maxed. I ran Prime95 stress test (blend test) and about 5-10 minutes into it the max temps under full load was 83 degrees celsius. It stayed like that for about 3-5 minutes then went down to 59-70C. I am using Hyper 212 Cooler. My voltage for the CPU is at 1.28 but override is at 1.3. CPU-Z is showing that while Prime95 is stress testing I'm hitting 1.328v. Is this normal?

In my opinion the 212 evo is not enough cooling for that chip. HOWEVER, max temp of 83c under full load with that cooler, using prime 95 is really good.
Once that chip hits 100c then it will start throttling to avoid thermal damage.

WHat version of Prime95, and is that a blend, or small FFT? (makes a difference of 7-8C alone....)

I will assume 83C was small FFTs based on my 7700K results, which if both CPUs running 4.5 Ghz on all cores, should provide nearly identical results...
