I7-6700k overclocking problem with ASUS Maximus VII Hero

I am switching my mobo from MSI z97 gaming 5 from Asus Maximus Vii hero, my question is why my computer won't boot at the windown login screen.I tried to overclocking my CPU, with is an i7-6700k overclocked @4.5 ghz, 1.325v. I'm also using the old SSD from the MSI z97gaming 5 mobo, didn't install new window.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Was Win fully up to date? Win may not have had a driver or two that it needed to do the conversion from one mobo to the other, could try doing a repair of Win
