I plan on using the i7 6700k (not overclocked, only a 600W PSU so I'm not taking any risks) with the RX 5700 XT GPU (might get the 2070S instead).
It's an older CPU now but would it bottleneck the latest AMD GPU?
I'm using it with 16GB 2400MHz RAM and a m.2 NVMe.
It's a Be Quiet! Pure Power 11 600W PSU. Gold rated and a good brand so I trust the PSU for my components, I doubt it'll ever exceed 75% load (looked at loads of charts for the Sapphire 5700 XT Nitro+ in particular, and the PSU does technically provide a peak power of 650W).
Currently I'm using a 1080p 144Hz monitor but I do plan on upgrading to a 1440p 144Hz monitor in a few months too (might use both in a dual monitor setup).
