hello

after the post of yesterday ( thanks again btw ) i managed an oc of my i7 6700k at 4.4ghz with 1.280 vcore max in adaptive overclock.

my question is about VID, it runs at 1.288 when at full speed ( not sure but seems ok to me )

But when the proc goes to 800 Mhz the vcore is at 0.784 and the VID at 0.779

Should i worry? seems to low to me, any idea please?

That's Intel's SpeedStep. It is supposed to do that to save you power consumption. It manages to save about 40-60W, and over the course of a full month, that can save you about $30 on you electricity bill.
