I7 6700k + z170x or i3 or i5 8th gen

Hello , i need help with a small problem, i can get i l7 6700k and ga-z170x gaming 5 for about 280e. I will use it for 1080p gaming. But i was thinking if i should get new i3 8300k or i5 8600k. What you guys think its best to do?

I7 is pretty much on pair with i5 and since 4th gen and maybe even 3rd gen there is only 10-15% difference. Only 2 extra cores and 4 threads.

Gpu matters most, unless games like csgo and some others.
