depending on games you play and settings...
7700 is not that far away from best 8700k, but 1050 ti is much weaker than 1080 ti. In that sense, yes, gpu is too weak.
However, if you only play older or games like csgo, overwatch, LOL, this pair is fine. 1050 ti can handle 60 FPS with med setting, maybe high in some AAA games.

Yes, the 1050 ti most definetly bottlneck the i7 7700. Maybe go with the i5 procesor and a gtx 1060.
