i7 7700(non K) extremely hot with stock cooler and Cryorig H7

I suddenly noticed, while gaming, my CPU usage climbs to 100% and CPU temperature jumps to 100 degrees with my stock cooler.
I sent that for RMA, they said, after drilling down a lot, they have found it's normal.
Afterward, I bought a Cryorig H7 Cooler, saw It is a very good-for-price product. I still see the temperature spike, horrendous, horrific temperatures again?
I tested with ROG bench software, The non-K CPU hits 82 degrees even.
I used the provided Cryorig paste.

I'd be double checking that there was not perhaps still a clear protective plastic sticker on the bottom of the sink.....

CPU usage at 100% is not uncommon, but 100C absolutely sucks...

I removed that sticker in the first place

Nothing specifically heavy, I experience 70-75 degrees with Watchdogs2, NFS 2
