Question I7 7700(non-k) high temperature

I replaced almost the whole prebuilt Lenovo pc with new parts, I only kept the SSD, HDD, RAM, and CPU. I bought a new CPU cooler(just looks like the stock cooler but much quieter and with RGB)
When I play games like AC Odyssey, the CPU load becomes 60% and the temperature reaches 75-80c
Is this normal or do I have to buy a new cooler with 2-3 fans? I saw some posts that say 80c is fine but the load is just 60% and reaches 80c...
p.s my case has 2 fans to suck air and 2 fans for exhaust, already applied thermal paste which came with the cooler, but not sure if I placed the paste correctly

doesn't look like that cooler is any better then the stock and a better cooler

Yeah thats a crap cooler, a small alu thing like that is no good. You need something with heatpipes and a copper base at least.

Did you install it correctly?
Remove the protective film from the base & Apply thermal compound to the cpu before mounting it?
Even torque the nuts on the backside, but not so tight that you warp the motherboard.

Yeah 80'c is safe. Keep an eye on it.
