My i77700hq is running at a 1.89GHz max when the base clock should be 2.8GHz. It's also giving half the single core bench score it should on CPU-Z (image attached). My power options are set to performance with 100% maximum processor states and system cooling is active. Any ideas how to fix this/whats causing it?
