my current pc specs are:
i7 7700k
Asus Dual GTX 1070 OC edition 8gb
ASRock Z270 SLI Xtreme
Corsair h60 liquid cooling (120mm)
16gb DDR4 RAM at 2133mhz (2x8) Dual-Channel
240GB WD Green SSD + 2TB SATA III Hard Drive Combo
700 Watts - Enermax Revo DUO 80+ Gold

Problem: In every game that I play I get random FPS drops that will drop around 50 to 60 fps and in some cases over 100. The odd thing is that whenever I turn my computer on for the first time that said day, the first game that I play will run very well, and after about an hour the drops and choppiness will begin. I have uninstalled and reinstalled my drivers numerous amounts of times, Reinstalled windows three times, cleared my pc of viruses and malware, optimized my drives, CCleaner'd the hell out of it and I'm just very confused as to what the problem is. I don't know much about some of my hardware so maybe I just need an upgrade in a certain area and I don't know it or what. Thank you for your responses ahead of time! Note: Temps of both CPU and GPU never go above 70C during gameplay or ever in that case.
