[SOLVED] i7-7700k and ram speed question

I used to have an i5-7600k in my system, i have now just installed an i7-7700k. However now when i use prime 95 to stresstest, i get odd lagg spikes, not when i test my CPU, but my 32gb ram... the issue only starts when i instruct prime 95 to use over 23000mb of ram. Anything below that and all is stable... The issue pops up no matter what speed my ram is at - XMP on/off. Temperatures look good for everything. How is this happening? In gaming i dont see any issues... Are there other ways i can test my ram?

The gold standard for testing ram is memtest86.
You should be able to complete a full pass with NO errors.
