I7 7700k and z270 sli plus MB

Hey guys, I just bought new parts for a new rig. Yesterday I attempted to put it all together but when I turned it on, it would not post and had no video either. Video card is fine as I am currently using it in my other rig, and the onboard video was doing same thing. I went through the whole checklist on post errors and how to check everything. I got the Msi z270 sli plus mb, i7 7700k cpu, 16gb of ddr4 3000mhz ram, 650watt evga gold rated psu (which was tested and working fine on other rig). Is there any chance that the bios version is not what it is supposed to be for that mb and cpu combo. I've searched and searched and can't seem to find anything on it. Also besides the comp not posted and no video, all the fans turn on just fine and led lights. I've never had this issue. Please help as it is very frustrating.

Using tv, or monitor? What video cable?

I am using 2 different monitors. Dual set up. I've tried both, but even if it had to do with monitor it should still post right? Dvi connectors on both. Monitors also still work on other rig with same graphics card.

Try removing the graphics card and leaving single RAM module installed. Test each RAM slot.

Motherboard, CPU, or RAMs, I'd say. Try connecting an internal speaker, if available. Or. try RMA-ing both board and CPU.

edit: It seems BIOS version 1.0 is downloadable and it's description sounds like there was a bios before it. https://us.msi.com/Motherboard/support/Z270-SLI-PLUS#down-bios
