i7 7700k. Cooling advice for non OC use

Hi there folks.
Here I am building a new rig and i was wondering how can i cool my i7 7700k considering I'm not planning to overclock.
I was thinking about something like the Hyper 212 EVO from CoolerMaster. But i was hoping to get some advice from you guys.

good cooler and if you are not planning to overclock the chip this will do the job and do it quietly. keeps my 125W AMD chip cool, did I mention its quiet. its tall, make sure the case is wide enough for it.

It will cool it, just make sure after you are done building the computer to set Vcore manually to 1.200 - 1.250 range.
Dont leave it on Auto since that will just generate extra heat and more volts than you need since now it is the motherboard manufacturers that set the voltage and not intel.
And they set the auto Vcore to high to make sure every cpu that get plugged into the socket will run.
