Question i7 7700K ES vs i7 7700K

Hi! I'm just a noob may I know whats the difference of the i7 7700K ES and non ES?
Which is better?

An "ES" is an engineering sample. That is a CPU that is still owned by Intel and whoever is selling it is violating the agreement that provided that CPU. That CPU cannot be legally sold. Don't buy engineering sample products.
