i7 7700k, Kraken x42 Fan flucuating very high randomly

Hi I've got a i7 7700k at stock and a Kraken x42, and sometimes the cooler will fluctuate very high randomly. Also there is a constant noise that can only be described at this

Not sure where its coming from. Also my idle temperatures are around 40-46 C

the fan speed fluctuating could be due to having them set to react to cpu temp rather that the water temp. the cpu will randomly change temp as you use your pc so having it set to cpu temp will constantly cause the fans to ramp up and down.

as for the sound, i honestly couldnt tell you. i have no idea what could make that sort of sound in a pc... maybe something hitting against a fan?

also your idle temps are high unless your ambient temp is 30-35c. you could try reseating the cooler.
