hello there...i have few questions about ocing...
my system
i7 7700k @4.4ghz
coolermaster hyper 103
asus z170m-plus with latest bios 3805
gskill trident z 8gbx2 2400mhz xmp @2933mhz 14-17-17-36 1.35v
msi gtx 1070 armor @0.900v 1848core
seasonic s12ii 520
seagate barracuda 2tb
coolermaster jetflow x2

a)today i have increased cpu core ratio to 50 & it oced to 5000mhz easily with 1.4v vcore(automatically).& i ran a game and my cpu temps ran upto 99c ..so i immediately closed it...so which cpu cooler is good for me?
1)corsair h60
2)corsair h100i extreme
b)sometimes im seeing my gpu load is droping to 70%(crysis3 welcome to jungle, nfs payback town area,...)(not stuttering),& can i fix this issue through ocing cpu to 5ghz?

3)will my psu could be enough to powerup my system with 5ghz oc with liquid cooling?

PSU should be fine.

If you can't afford a good 280mm AiO like the H115i PRO or EVGA CLC 280, then I'd get a high-end air cooler like the NH-D15. I still think you have to delid the CPU and use liquid metal underneath to adequately cool 5.0GHz.

Honestly, 4.7GHz would be just as well off as 5.0GHz. If you go through all the trouble to get 5.0GHz (money and effort) then just buy a new CPU and motherboard that will meet your needs.

Ok, it says up to 152mm in height for an air cooler. Based on my overclocking experience and how hot i7's run, i'd say you at the very least need a 160mm air cooler. This pretty much leaves you with an aio as your only option. It says it only supports 240 and 120mm radiators so that pretty much sums it up to your only choice of a 240mm radiator. What country do you live in and what is available? That is a good looking case btw.

are you 100% sure my gpu is getting bottleneck coz my cpu's thermal throttle?
or is'nt it about my ram 8gb x2 dual channel @ 2933mhz?
It's not because of your memory bandwidth. Your clock speeds suffer when your processor hits thermal limit. The result is your cpu lowers its frequency to keep temperatures safe which is right under 100c. When you have lower frequencies your processor won't be able to optimally process all the frames rendered by your graphics card. That is a big red flag and you have to start there. If the issue still persists after the throttling issue is fixed then we'll have to revisit this thread and troubleshoot further.
