i7 7700k+ RTX 2070 will have bottleneck? and Ryzen 7 2700x is better than i7 7700k ? if Ryzen, which mobo i can choose?

according to website The bottlenecker, i7 7700k have 6% of bottleneck.
Im experiencing that is enough for me to have lag in the witcher 3 for example, or not being able to run campaign games at full graphics.

Witcher 3 is both CPU and GPU demanding, if you are trying to get high frame rates with a 7700k you will hit a CPU bottleneck and get stuttering/lag when the CPU maxes out. What campaign games ?

Also installing Afterburner with the in-game overlay will let you see what is happening with the system when you notice an issue.

Better go with ryzen 5 3600 than ryzen 7 2700x if your main purpose is gaming. for motherboard, and B450 tomahawk max or an updated X470 should be sufficient for you.

regarding on i7 7700k with rtx 2070, it will have a little bottleneck unless you have overclocked your processor. anyway, you should not have any lags with witcher 3 playing on that specs.
