i7 7700k safe temp?

Hi, I was wondering is my cpu temp safe while idle/under load. I am using Dark Rock Pro 4 cpu cooler and it idle around 35c-40c and under load (while gaming) is around 60c-75c. I noticed that my cpu cores are almost always running at 4.5ghz while gaming. My cpu is non-oc. Is this safe? Thanks. https://imgur.com/a/AQ71HDO

4.5 Ghz is within the Turbo Frequency range specified by intel (it's safe): https://ark.intel.com/products/97129/Intel-Core-i7-7700K-Processor-8M-Cache-up-to-4_50-GHz. 60-75C is a pretty big range? At what point do the temps peak, and at what point are they 60 C? I would recommend downloading a trial version of AIDA64 and seeing if your CPU throttles at all. 75C is a little bit high, but if thats under a lot of stress, then by no means is it dangerous.

65C during gaming would roughly match the temps of 4.5 GHz all-core clocks (with MCE enabled) I see during my own gaming...; 75C would typically be more what is encountered within Prime95 v26.6 small FFTs....
